It’s now been 31 YEARS of the restaurant, food and beverage, service industry in THIS Beautiful amazing town
we call BOULDER CITY!
Many know us and found us by seeing us on Diners Drive in’s & Dives Foodnetwork Channel! We love that! Prior to the airing of the show in 2008’ish, we were the same place with the same hustle since 1994!
Fun fact some locals know is that from 1994-2005 we were located in the Browder building just a few buildings down (which is now The Dam Roast House) We had an opportunity to expand into a larger space and wheeled everything down the block! We actually had Coffee Cup 1 and Coffee Cup 2 open at the same time for a few months!
Anyhow, We love our small town here in Boulder City and love our locals here and of course nothing but love for our traveling regulars! We support our towns other local businesses and wish nothing but the best for everyone. Every business has their own little specialty which makes them unique.

The Coffee Cup Cafe has been running strong in our family since 1994. Many many thanks to our locals and dedicated customers from all around the world.
Myslef (Lindsay Stevens) and my brother Terry Stevens have been running the Restaurant for years now. With very large shoes to fill, we will continue striving and improving daily to fill those shoes the best we can.
We are open 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. daily with our main focus being many self-created Breakfast and lunch recipes by the one and only 'Big Al' Steven's. Alongside the food we have many thirst-quenching drink options including our very popular Bloody Mary, the recipe was created by Carri Stevens (Al's wife). Also, both our coffees that we use are from local small family-owned businesses. Our drip coffee is from Colorado River Coffee Roasters and our cold brew is from Frankly Good Coffee. One of our main priorities is having great quality food & drink followed with keeping prices low as possible for our customers.
March 16, 2022, our father 'Big Al' passed. He's missed greatly by many, but we all continue to keep his legacy alive here and strive to always make him proud. Our mom, Carri is pretty much retired, but we definitely still get her thoughts and advice.
We love supporting our local schools and giving back to our community in numerous ways throughout the year, it is very important to us to have that connection and be supportive to our local youth.
Another very important factor of The Coffee Cup Cafe is the atmosphere here, our staff, our customers, they all truly become our extended family, everyone is welcome here and to some it is their second home. We absolutely love this town, we are so blessed to be a part of it for so long, Boulder City is such a beautiful and rare place to be, to live, to work, to have a business, we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for all the love and continued support!
